You may cancel your warranty plan within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, provided no service has been used.

If you cancel after 30 days and have not used any services, a prorated refund will be issued minus any administrative fees.

If a service call has been used, refund eligibility will be determined based on the cost of services already rendered.
